Tickets cannot be exchanged nor money refunded.

You can choose to buy Ticket Refund Protection via ‘Secure My Booking’ at point of purchase.

The management reserves the right, in combination with any other statements or directives which may be shown on the ticket or as displayed on the premises to:

• refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises
  
• refuse entry of and use on the premises of any camera or any form of audio or visual equipment
  
• request the ticket holder to leave the premises and to take any appropriate measure to ensure such a request
  
• delay or refuse entry of latecomers, depending on the nature of the performance
  
• make any change whatsoever in the performance owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable cause
  
• cancel the event or performance for reasons beyond its control without notice and without being liable to pay any person any compensation or damage whatsoever other than, at the Management’s discretion, a possible percentage of the maximum refund to the ticket holder of the value of the ticket
• All show timings are provided as an approximation only, and are subject to change without notice
• It is the customer’s responsibility to check that all booking information on the email confirmation/ticket is correct

Photography and Filming within the Venue

By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Komedia Bath and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Komedia Bath events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of Komedia Bath.

You release Komedia Bath, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/ or sound recordings.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Komedia Bath  or the person or entity designated to do so by Komedia Bath .

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded, unless a performance is cancelled or rescheduled.

Krater Comedy Club and Ministry of Burlesque tickets can be exchanged to the same show at a future date.

Programme and artist details are published in good faith; however, occasionally, for reasons beyond our control, changes may be necessary. We do not issue refunds if a line-up is changed.
