Tickets can be booked online, via the phone, or in person at our venue Box Office.

Our phone number is 01225 489 070 (monitored daily 10am-5pm, Sunday 11am-5pm) and you can find us at 22-23 Westgate Street, Bath, BA1 1EP (open Tuesday – Saturday 10am-5pm, Sunday 11am – 5pm).

Yes, booking fees cover the cost of our staffing and the software we use to run our Box Office. However, we try to keep these fees as low as possible, much lower than most other venues and ticketing outlets. A booking fee of £1.50 per ticket will be added to all bookings made online or via the phone. Tickets purchased in person from Komedia Bath Box Office will incur a £1.00 booking fee per ticket.

Shows where the cost of a ticket is under £10 will incur a reduced booking fee of £1 across all booking methods.

Show times vary per event, so please check individual listings to confirm door opening times and keep an eye on our social media pages for up-to-date running times. The venue and bar will always open at least 30 minutes before the show starts.

Show times vary per event. Generally, for events that have club nights scheduled afterwards, the curfew is 10pm. Others may have a later curfew of 11pm and club nights themselves typically finish at 3am. For up-to-date show finish times, please get in touch by emailing info@komediabath.co.uk.

It depends on the event, but yes, sometimes discounts and concessions are available. 

We offer concessionary rate tickets for selected shows to Students, Emergency Services, Social Workers, NHS Staff, Charity Workers, Blue Badge Holders (with free entry for a Personal Assistant), people in receipt of Pension Credit, Universal Credit, Income Support or Job Seekers allowance. Please check the details on the show page to see if concession tickets are available.

Concession Tickets and offers are not valid with any other promotional offer and proof of concession will be required upon entrance.

Komedia Bath Members get 20% off all food and drink purchases at Komedia Bath, including at The Electric Bar, upon presentation of a valid Membership Card.

Krater Comedy Club & Ministry of Burlesque offers:

To make celebrating that much easier we are offering groups of 8 or more up to £3.00 off Auditorium tickets! Tickets have to be booked in one transaction. Meal tickets are discounted by £3 per ticket and show only tickets by £1.50. The discount will automatically apply to qualifying orders at checkout.

Bath residents’ Discovery Card holders can get 15% off full price Krater Comedy Club Balcony tickets. Please see the Discovery Card website for details. This offer is valid on standard Balcony tickets only. It is not valid for Krater Christmas Special or NYE tickets.

We offer 2 for 1 tickets to Krater Comedy Club with a valid Great Western Railway ticket (travel date must be within the previous 3 days). You will be asked to show a valid GWR ticket on arrival at the venue.

Bath Rugby Members, Season Ticket holders and Bath Rugby staff can get 2 for 1 show-only tickets to Krater Comedy Club. You will be asked to show a valid membership card or Bath Rugby ticket on entry. Use discount code “bathrugby” at checkout. 

Most seating at Komedia Bath is allocated unless otherwise stated, and you will be prompted to select your seats when making your booking. We advise that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts to be able to find your seat and get bar service. Please check your tickets for full seating information.

Unfortunately, our tickets are non-refundable unless the event has been cancelled or rescheduled by the venue. You are, however, encouraged to add SecureMyBooking ticket refund protection to your order to cover for a number of eventualities.

SecureMyBooking can be added for £1.50 per ticket during checkout and allows you to recover 100% of the paid ticket price (including all order fees).

With refund protection, you can apply for a refund in the event of: accident, injury, illness including COVID-19, severe weather preventing travel to the venue, travel delays due to breakdown or public transport breakdowns & strikes plus much more

Ticket protection cannot be added to an order after it has been paid. Each ticket and event booked has to have a SecureMyBooking add-on in order to be covered (Protection is linked via date). This fee is non-refundable. This is not required for FREE tickets.

Krater Comedy Club and Ministry of Burlesque tickets can be exchanged like-for-like for a future event date upon request if you can no longer attend the event you have booked for.

Age restrictions vary from show to show and are listed on individual event pages. Please check event pages for up to date information and contact us if you are unsure.

A limited number of Meal Deal Plus and Meal Deal tickets are available at selected seated events (such as Krater Comedy Club and The Ministry of Burlesque’s Cabaret). We also open a street food style kitchen for our Free Community Music Festivals. Please check individual event listings for more information.

Yes, you can! We particularly encourage this for larger groups. All you need to do is view the Event Menu for your chosen event online and reply to your ticket email, stating everybody’s choices. Please note, this only applies to those who have booked Meal Deal Plus and Meal Deal Tickets. Depending on your ticket, sides and desserts may cost extra.

We do our best to cater to all major dietary requirements where possible and always have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options on our menu. If you have food allergies, please let us know in advance so we can best advise or make adjustments to our menu for you. If you have any further queries, please ask a member of staff on the night of your show.

Professional cameras are not permitted at any event without advance permission of the venue, promoter or act. We understand that many people will want to take pictures on their phones and this is permitted on most occasions. However, please do respect the experience of other event attendees and the act on stage when doing so. Some acts will request zero photography at their events and this will be monitored by our Security team.
