THE LINE-UP:

Robin Morgan:

Robin is a Welsh stand-up comedian, writer and actor based in Cardiff.

Robin has appeared on Mock The Week(BBC Two), The News Quiz,The Now Show (BBC Radio 4) and co-created Ellie Taylor’s Safe Space (BBC Radio 4).

On stage he is "wonderfully cheeky and engaging" (Three Weeks), and is "a phenomenal comic - utterly hilarious" (Broadway Baby).

He has performed four solo shows at the Edinburgh Festival and his debut in 2016 received glowing reviews, including ★★★★ from the Sunday Times. The show was later adapted into a half-hour recording for BBC Radio Wales, as 'Robin Morgan: Proposes'.

Robin’s third solo show was filmed at the Edinburgh Festival in 2019 and is available to watch on Next Up Comedy. His fourth show, ‘Snip Snip, Bitch’ toured the UK in 2023, and is available to watch on YouTube.

He is about to head out on his biggest tour to date in 2024, with the brand new show ‘The Spark’.

He is also a television warm-up artist for programmes such as The Graham Norton Show (BBC One).

Greg Winfield:

Greg Winfield mixes densely packed punchlines with lighting fast interactions with the audience. He’s written for BBC’s ‘Mock the Week’ and Comedy Central’s ‘Roast Battle’, and supported the likes of Russell Howard, Nish Kumar, Jon Richardson, Fern Brady, and Paul McCaffrey to name a few. You might recognise him from his crowd work clips and sketches which have over 20 million views online.

“You are a genius… your speed of thought is extraordinary” - Matt Lucas

“Genius, genuinely the best MC’ing I’ve seen in years” - Tony Law

Lynsey Smart:

Scottish comedian Lynsey Smart is a chaos potato and magnet for the ridiculous. She flip flops between silly stories and seizing every chance for a dad joke.

"Great stage presence, and really strong writing." - Nick P Page

"Lynsey puts the audience at ease as they delight in her whimsy." - Comedy Loft

Otis Jones:

Otis Jones is an up and coming stand-up comedian. He started comedy a year ago and has already won competitions with his observations and story telling style.

Although he is based in Bristol, he has already had gigs in other cities such as London, Manchester, Bath, Cardiff, Brighton, and Swansea. He has also opened for well established comedians seen on TV such as Fiona Allen and Stuart Goldsmith.

Joe Brooks:

Joe Brooks is a comedian from Weston-super-Mare. His act is often a spiral from mundane to the absurd. Pockets full of jokes or pictures, held together by tape.

Holly Leggett:

Holly Leggett is a gloriously gloomy, Bath based, stand-up comedian performing in and around the South-West. Holly describes herself as young, dumb, and full of puns, with her unique and acerbic humour … that’s just a little bit dirty.

Oliver Young:

Oliver Young is a new generation comic who has already impressed on the scene with his dry wit and awkward likability he truly is one to watch, he's a former Chortle Student Comedy Award semi-finalist, standup for cider 2023 finalist and personifies the phrase, 'first the worst second the best'.

Sam Hawkins:

Local comedian and promoter, Sam ‘The Hawk’ Hawkins, best known for ’Pint & A Laugh’ is one of Bath’s new generation of comedy performers. Having cut his teeth compering and gigging across Bath and the south west, Sam’s act is best described as quick-fire jokes presented as a collage of silly and often scrappy experiences and observations.
